Refund policy

At AEVYN, we want you to be confident in what you wear.

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be unwashed and free from stains, fragrance or damage
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll help you with the available options.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or returned without the original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email us at aevynworld@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item so we can assist you.

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
